RYXZ / Door Engineering

Engineered Beyond Appearance

A considered entrance is a complete system. We review the interaction between components and the conditions of your project.

01Door Construction

Structure, panel and core must be considered together, around the selected product and opening.

02Frame System

The frame connects the door to the building. Opening measurements and wall conditions guide the solution.

03Hinge System

Cast aluminum: included Stainless Steel hinges. Alloy: included Alloy hinges. Models remain Pending; customers cannot change this configuration.

04Locking System

Cast aluminum: fixed multipoint locking position. Alloy: fixed single-point locking position.

05Weather Protection

Exposure, coastal conditions and shelter inform material suitability, finishes and sealing.

06Hardware & Accessories

Verified handles, colors and transoms are universal. Transom dimensions require project review.

Hinges are an included product configuration. They are not selectable, upgradeable or a way to reduce cost. Cast aluminum doors include Stainless Steel hinges; alloy doors include Alloy hinges. Models and load ratings remain Pending.

A closer look inside.

Generic construction study, not a design-specific model or manufacturing section. Spacing and thickness are illustrative. Filling fits within the keel frame when assembled; it is separated here for clarity. Materials, thicknesses and frame layout are confirmed per product.

Behind the design

The catalog construction study is separate from the front designs. It illustrates a frame, layers and component positions; the construction and hardware combination for an individual style must be confirmed.

The catalog shows seal placement and close-ups of a lock, surface and hinges. The exact specifications are product-specific. Hinges are included with the product and are not customer-selectable.

Cast aluminum structures depend on series and compatibility. Only M7 permits aluminum front / steel back; other M7 structures remain subject to compatibility rules. Front thickness, design and structure must match configured rules. Rear panels have independent designs and cannot be thicker than the front. These two selectors do not apply to alloy doors.
